Dr. Liu believes that, compared to other industries, the changes in policy affect medical industry investment in a fundamental level of . For example, the 2014 regulation upgraded,the registration fees increased, the clinical threshold becomes higher ,so that the low criminal cost small businesses have to get out of the market or change their operation mode; the local governments continue to increase investment for the county hospital ,so that the county hospital improved their medical hardware construction level, and this investment policy also produced many new formats and business models; the business company strengthen the ability of financing and get more investment and hot money. In addition, the seller and the buyer changed in sales channels, such factors also affect the

Investment logic
At the beginning of his speech, Dr. Liu Mingyu emphasized the necessity of logic in the investment process.
