201304 Wisdom and innovation tour of Israel

The fourth term of The 2013 Israeli innovation wisdom journey successfully ended.

 

 

Journey summary:

From September 17^th ——November 10^th，in2013，SHENZHEN Newthink Transboundary Culture Communication CO., LTD invited the accompanying professor Xiao Zhixing to act as our team guide who was the founder of Teaching workshop,the president of Chinese Research Academy in U.S George Washington University(GWU),and other more than ten members were creative and influential entrepreneurs , we will explore the mysterious Israel origin in these 8-days investigation. During this term，We will visit the ISCAR company which was one of the world’s largest manufacturers of metal cutting tool,and Buffett acquired this company for 6 billions US dollars in total, the world leader company in water saving agriculture--NETAFIM, we will dialogue with the high-end persons,we will investigate genius Children center and other representative enterprise in Israrel，we will have a dinner with Tel Aviv University Professor Zhangping ，and the maiden of former Israel consul general,please pay attention to our update informations.

I perceived a huge harvest in this Israeli journey. Professor Zhang Ping let me understand parallel logic,Tel Aviv let me feel the innovation,Baja education in Haifa made me be conscious of self-discipline;Jerusalem let me rejoice our peace and harmony in China.The kibbutz made me believe that the idea can be realized,the most precious thing was that I learned self-confidence ,self-discipline,honest and passion. 感谢兄弟们！祝福大家 Thanks for the brothers! A fashion clothing company in China President: Mr. Hong

Iscar let us see,Buffet cared for 6 billion US dollars to purchase that company, it was not a simple matter,this let us observe it from another side,he gave us the sense of “steady and grounded”.They were not like some chinese enterprises,they liked to make huge and luxury things when they were rich,it was too waste.In Iscar company, we saw “steady and grounded”,this made me a complete admiration for them,this was not seen in China. We can express my opinion from the retired employee, from his eyes ,action,he was very proud of being a member of his company.They didn’t have luxury lobby,but their every detail was perfect,their restaurant and conference room were designed for employees.They said that “ innovation is infinite”, they did so.

My impression about Prof. Zhang is ::the difference between man and animal is that a man can ask  questions;The law can not be internalized; the law is not more important than dispute;the chinese were lack of the concept of “justice”;But in Hebrew there was not a word “harmony”;The best way to solve the quarrel is that you take me a question.I still remembered two sentences of  Prof.Zhang, the first one was that the law is the religion of the worldly world,and the religion is the law in spiritual world, the second sentence was that praying for Bodhisattva to work for himself is a superstition,to work for Bodhisattva is the belief.It was enough for me to gain these two sentences in this abroad journey,I can benifit from these in my rest life.

In this journey we have experienced a lot of thinking,in the genius Children center,they always educate Children by ecouragement,because of their continous encouragement,I changed my idea to give up making a small Rocket,I always wanted to give it up,but they still concerned about me, no blame.This allowed us to think that whether we should also use encouragement way to operate company?We always blame in public room , but praise in private room,we should change this one in turn,to praise in public room, but blame in private room,so that the employees will have more enthusiasm to work?
