Influnenced by the book《secret of Microsoft》，I made a special trip to Seattle for a week.In the local area,through on-the-spot investigation of learning and communication ,I rapidly had a penetration understand of the management mode, operation mechanism,business strategy in Microsoft.After two months,even the company specially organized us to learn the book,but it didn’t do more effective than my 7-days face-to-face communication.Later,in my management operation,there is a R&D team boasting themselves “the best R&D team in ZTE holdings”,but they seldom do continuous improvement on their products,their reason was “ Our market department did not get any order,so we can’t improve our products according to the practical surroundings.” In order to solve this problem,I decided to subcontract RF part to NEC,with the In-depth cooperation between the two sides,our staffs have learned a lot of practical experiences from these thirty-years career-life engineers,the whole team become more steady and grounded,our whole team became more effective in a short term.
